Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Forecasting, budgeting and Analysis for current and future titles being released into the UK market. Also get the chance to be involved in work across other departments (E.G. Sales, Technical etc)
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given a lot of responsibility in this role and was always treated as a valued member of the team. I got to complete pieces of work for senior management and any other pieces of work I wanted to be involved with, I just had to ask!

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I've had the chance to work with new systems/softwares. I was given access to training materials and was given lots of support from colleagues if I had any questions. I have also built on existing skills such excel which will be very useful for a future career.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I received a hige amount of guidance and support over the year from everyone in the team. When I was new to the job I was asking questions very frequently and someone would always take the time to go through things with me so I fully understood.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I think the culture is one of the main perks of the role. There is a lovely buzz around the office and there's always fun events to look forward to!

I have really enjoyed my placement at NBCUniversal. I've been given lots of opportunities and gained a huge amount of knowledge that has prepared me well for a career.
