I enjoy the programme a lot due to the type of training which we under go as well as the people who i work with

The programme is very well structured and allows you to clearly see what your goals are and how it is you are going to achieve them for example i know every day which i am studying till the start of 2026

I receive huge amounts of support due to the range of people who are the office and the culture of the office means if i am struggling i can go to anyone for help for things both in and outside of work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i Receive a large amount of support from 8 weekly talent coach meetings as well as being able to send work to them to review .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it helps me performing in my role by allowing to me to gain greater amounts of knowledge behind what it is that i m preparing and why it is i am doing some the tasks i am giving

Yes we have socials often which are very good for meeting other employees within the company due to us having multiple offices.

Be yourself in the interview and don't try and be someone your not as when you start they will have different expectation if you were not yourself in the interview
