I learn to do things like fixing casings, hanging doors, different mouldings stud work and get to have a go doing this on my own. If there is no work i will be labouring helping around site
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy going to different jobs every week and doing different work each day. Meeting new people to work with all the time

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have been shown and learnt a lot of new skills, being scribing, and the measurements of different boards onto stud walls

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think college is a good way to work because I am working amongst people similar age and get to see different way people work. Also the tutors at college are very good at explaining how to different tasks
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get a lot of support from Rosslee if I ever have any questions I can just ring up the office and they will have someone to speak to, also the people in charge of apprentices are very helpful helping to pass the end point assessment
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The people in charge of apprentices at rosslee are very helpful in getting me to pass my EPA

for my age group I think rosslee would be a good company to work for because they are very good at teaching young apprentices that have just started in the work place

To complete all college work as soon as possible and get their end point assessments out of the way
