As a Business Development Administrator apprentice, my role involves managing emails and phone calls, social media marketing, and assisting with tenders. On a day-to-day basis, I also carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider team and business operations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as it supports my development and helps me build a better understanding of my role and the wider business. It’s well structured, easy to follow, and fits well alongside my job, which makes it a positive experience overall.
