I feel it is structured, it’s not difficult to understand or follow, and I’m helped and guided in the right direction.

Unfortunately no employer can cover every aspect of joinery & carpentry so what I have learnt through my training providers has given me opportunities to use and develop skills I have learnt to better perform in my role.

There are a good number of staff that plays golf socially, which better creates a team bonding in the work place.
