Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide technical support to teachers, staff and students with IT issues, including hardware, software and network issues. This can range anywhere from managing user accounts and permissions, device configuration to the schools infrastructure systems, such as their servers, switches and Wi-Fi.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program as I always wanted to get into IT. As such, it has helped me excel in my role and assisted all staff in my institutions.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills. Including, Azure AD management, Google admin console management, and cyber security and compliance, based on DFE requirements and advice.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program was structured well, and allowed me plenty of time to hand in assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very helpful with support, arranging me extra dates and time to be able to focus on my apprenticeship coursework, including a weeks worth of live events that needed to be attended.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My Training provider was amazing in assisting myself when i had any queries, insuring that i understood the assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me assist many of my schools in their move to the cloud.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have Social activities that i enjoy taking part in, including company wide BBQs and staff parties.
