Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help conveyancers with their admin and post-completion paper work.
Some of my main roles are Stamp Duty submissions, Land Registry applications, and the collection of any documentation the conveyancers may need.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills, and am able to talk to clients clearly and confidently in person or via email/on the phone.
I have developed my organisational skills, making sure the conveyancers have what they need when they need it.
I have also developed an understanding for the English Legal System.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The CLC course is broken down into individual steps and tasks and is easy to follow.
In my day to day work, I am given something new to try out once or twice a week so I am learning new skills at a steady pace without feeling overwhelmed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I do receive support from my employer, there is always someone to help when I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is quick to respond and offers lots of support with monthly check-ins to make sure I am prepared for exams and on track with my qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
