Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in the compliance sector that deals with non-compliance issue as well as being my teams main administrator. On a daily basis, I manage an email inbox and complete tasks that get allocated to me.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy it very much.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
IT skills, communication skills, initiation skills, leadership skills, project management skills, to name the least.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I personally think that is it is well structured in terms of getting all the support I need to be able to complete daily tasks.

4/5
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
When something is taught by the training provider, it might pop up during a meeting or could be a reference to something within my job role. I would then know what it means.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Not very much, my job role requires me to work from home most of the time. However, there has been times where we've had social events in the office and I have also been invited to an event on behalf of City and Guilds as an apprentice.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend City & Guilds to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because I enjoy it here and I am pretty sure they would too. Especially because the job role I currently do is really interesting.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to City & Guilds?
It is okay to not have much experience when applying here, especially for an apprenticeship. You will manage to pick up a lot of transferable skills along the way.
