Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To provide information advice and guidance through 121 support and group education workshops on a pre employability programme with the aim to support Participants with health barriers. I also contribute to staff induction training, development and wellbeing initiatives.

Not really we had a training conference last week but that was the first event in two years of being in the role.
