Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

support the business with strategic people related projects. working with the business with mobilisations and demobilisations. Provide advice and guidance around TUPE and other ER matters relating to TUPEs. Providing informal coaching and mentoring to management team whenever it is needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

enjoy learning within a cohort, sharing knowledge and experience. I am enjoying learning how I can adapt my natural ability and relate to others

not at this moment but I believe that once we have a wider coaching pool established this is something that we will look into
