I cook a range of dishes for the employees at JLR. My job consists of usually producing hundreds of portions of vegetarian / vegan food.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it. My trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is very passionate and helpful. The training away days are also very good as well as the placement opportunities.

Very good. The progress checks are helpful and the work is easy to access on BUD.

A lot. They help me develop as a chef and a person and always allow me to go to the training days and placements.

I take the leftover food from work to a homeless charity. This is where I volunteer and get to meet other like minded individuals.

The management are very helpful and they make it a nice place to work, even though the workplace is busy and can be stressful.
