Started 18months ago as receptionist at premier inn, recently promoted to duty manager covering reception, housekeeping and restaurant
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did level 2 but really should have started at level 3 but was unsure as hadn’t experience an apprenticeship before - so did get a lot from the programme

I received some support from employer but as my manager hasn’t done an apprenticeship herself she couldn’t really help ?

Not really but if I do level 3 I think it would benefit me more
