I enjoy my programme, it has allowed me to get invovled in some interesting projects that I never even knew existed!

I have learnt and developed a significant amount of skills, my apprenticeship has been instrumental in both my personal and professional progression. Skills I have learnt and developed include: prioritisation, formal writing, communication, procurement, time management and many more!

Extra-circular activites at Mott MacDonald are excellent! There is a wide variety to get involved in from specific Early Careers Networks during the day to social acitivites after work such as Summer BBQs and subsidised sports classes.
