Align HR strategies with business goals, working closely with leadership to drive performance, manage talent, and support organizational change. I also provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and development, ensuring HR initiatives support overall business success and foster a positive work environment.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great attended college weekly and had a great cohort to bounce ideas and learn from. Course tutor and training provider were really knowledgeable and helpful.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes learnt numerous skills regarding HR from talent planning to working in transformation environment. NWG has been amazing for my development and really allowed me to push my career to the next steps.

Great, college each monday evening and regular check ins each month.

Great deal - was pushed to do the course as an upskilled to become CIPD qualified and then given time to study.

great deal - given forum to contact training provider whenever and weekly opportunity to meet with course tutor also.
