My role consist of managing relationship with hospitals. This involves any contractual queries, adding services to existing contracts. Issuing and implementing contracts for newly recognised facilities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programmes especially the workshops connecting with colleagues and sharing concerns and achievements.

I have learnt new skills, different leadership skills. Time management. Different approaches and how to deal with any conflict in the work place.

The programme was well organised and structured. Accessing the modules was easy, 1-2-1s and workshops were organised in advance.

The support was reasonable from my employer. Time was allocated at my convenient time for my studies. My manager was supportive in assisting with resources and evidences.

I received a lot of support from my training provider. Information was given clearly and there was also support available for any concerns.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
