IT help desk, I aid users within the business to with problems they have with company mobiles, landlines and connection issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme as the team I work with is great, the environment is very comfortable and I have a lot of support from my colleagues who are always willing to help.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my people skills, and how to convey a point across to people tat may not be as knowledge in the field and balancing technical language and non-technical language to ensure I help the users and not further confuse them.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very structured as I was given a plan at the start of my apprenticeship, to ensure I know what I will be doing in the coming months and nothing is ever last minute, there is always a clear plan.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support as throughout my apprenticeship so far they always get in touch to see how I am doing and I have progress review every now again to look at the progress I have made and what I would like to do further.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive substantial amount of support from my training provider to ensure that I am on track within my apprenticeship so that I can get the best possible grade for me and my future.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training directly coincides with what I do in my job at Lockton as well as even delving into other roles that I could potentially go into.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many activities such as, football, running, netball and more which really help build relationships within not only your team but all people at Lockton which makes you feel very comfortable when coming into work.

The identity that Lockton show is really encouraging and friendly and is such that is prioritised to ensure that all workers can feel comfortable coming into work
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lockton?
I believe being yourself and have a kind friendly spirit and ensuring that you are willing to learn is the best thing you can do as their is so much support it is impossible to fail at Lockton.
