I really enjoy both working in the field and also at college

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned new skills mainly in refrigeration and air conditioning. Maintenance, fault finding and repairing units

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organised. Would benefit more engineers to be mentors but this will improve as other apprentices qualify and are able to assist

I get good support from my employer. There are areas for improvement but this is the first year of this programme so hopefully these minor issues will be resolved
