Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learnt new tools and techniques for Excel. I’ve also learnt how to use Power BI which I haven’t used before. I’ve learnt different ways to display data and reports.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was structured well given me plenty of time to review material before each lecture.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A great deal of support. I had regular meetings with my line manager to help support me. I was helped with ideas and questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A great deal of support again. There were tutor session set up after each lecture to help go over any issues from each lecture.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It as helped me in my confidence in my role. I have used many of the skills I've learnt to help me in my role.
