Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My apprenticeship consists of 6 month rotations within the IS department. I am currently within Innovation, I have been given the responsibility to be the project manager for one of our largest events. I am also able to support creating a framework to deliver to schools. I have started facilitating, hosting and supporting workshops.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programe has been tricky considering I had no IS background, however the university and company have supported my learning by setting up additional support and slowing down in the beginning of the content .

Yes, multiple. I have developed, leadership, collaboration, active listening, time management, confidence, public speaking.

Structure and Support

4/5
It seems to be more organized a month into the rotation, however this is improving each round.

5/5
For university when struggling with a module they set up weekly sessions with an individual working in that department relating to the module to support us, which was amazing and very beneficial.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
There are a lot of resources as well as 1 to 1 time available for supporting the assignments and learning of each module.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
There are various crossovers even if not having a direct impact. But the skills and background knowledge support my work in working with others especially for the innovation projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
