Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I schedule training, address any queries from clients and trainers, work on business development, including looking out for relevant procurement opportunities. I work on improving processes to ensure ease of access to information within the team, prepare contracts, track invoicing and payments. Ensure company compliance to regulations such as information governance, processes and procedures are in place for service users and ensure learners receive certification and documents for continued learning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship, I have gained a greater understanding of the basis of business and business operations. A lot of the activities have given me the opportunity to reflect on my practice and consider more effective ways for future success, I am looking forward to working on my next project using all the communication skills, planning skills and theory I have learned through my apprenticeship.

I am currently working on an apprenticeship programme to develop my business skills and knowledge, throughout my time in the company my professional ability has increased tremendously. Working in such a great team has made collaborative working easy and given me opportunity to increase my knowledge across many different areas of the company.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship programme has been tailored to my requirements, availability and preferred way of working. If I need to make any changes to the structure of my apprenticeship my tutor will happily support me to find solutions. My tutor is very approachable and quickly responds to any correspondence.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive of my apprenticeship and worked with me to discuss the best times for me and my role to work on my apprenticeship and ensure I had enough time to complete my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is always available to support me in my work and offer advice when I need it, they tailor the learning around my preferences and what I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My learning has improved many areas of my role, it has made me more detail orientated, more professional and more reflective. It has allowed me to consider best working practice for priority management and project planning and execution.
