I am a school nurse delivering the healthy child programme and attending safeguarding meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Some of the programme was irrelevant to my practice in Nursing and related a lot to leadership in business, however, I could relate to some of the topics.

The programme was well structured with lots of activities to complete on the BUD system.

My employer supported me in having off the job hours to complete my work and encouraged me to attend any relevant training.

The training provider supported me well. There were some changes to assessors which was difficult.
