Currently undertaking a Coaching Professional Level 5 apprenticeship which I've found to be invaluable in informing my approach to supporting and developing my team as a manager.

I am enjoying the programme though finding the right balance with work remains a challenge that I'm negotiating.

Training provider support was initially slow at the beginning of the programme this however is now where I need it to be.
