Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I take daily calls and orders. I am taking kitchen and joinery orders for our trade account customers. I also have a target of customers to contact in a day. I also do paperwork and more of the admin side of things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it in the sense that I love the relationships I have built with my colleagues as well as the rapport I have built with customers. sometimes it can be difficult to hold up motivation if you have had a rough few days but the team moral helps this to get built up again
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned more life experience from the relationships I have built with others. I have gained more maths skills as when on the counter I have to give customers change and do banking at the end of the day if I am on the counter.

I am told clearly what to do and how everything is structured which helps me organise my day to day tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager supports me in every way possible and has helped me grow further in my apprenticeship. She is honest and always helps me if there is any issues.

My trainer has been excellent and has really motivated me these last few weeks into getting assessment ready.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have gained knowledge through my training provider which helped me to then apply this to my day to day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have different forums that we can be selected to go to as well as teams meetings about new systems that we have had.
