Here at Howdens I am business developer, completing many tasks day in day out. Including AMR, sales, marketing and much more. The main point of my role is to make sure the depot can run efficiently while all our account holders remain happy

I enjoy working at Howdens as it keeps me in good routine whilst also having the privilege to learn daily

Since working for Howdens I have become much more alliterate and confidant speaking to new people, whilst also learning more on product knowledge everyday.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It really does depend as were such an reactive business it does depend on what we have going on that day. However, there still is a good routine daily to some extent
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need, both my manager and assistant are both extremely helpful
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had a time where I wasn't seen for months but I have since swapped tutor and are having regular meetings
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Personally I don't like the qualification as it is quite low but still happy to work towards the end result and moving to the next step
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes here at Howdens we do stuff every now and then. Maybe it will be us ordering food or us for example going team bowling which we are doing next Monday.
