The programme is well structured in terms of how we know that we will have a department to go into. Occasionally can be last minute and the way your placement may go varies from department to department

Howdens are a company that always put their people first and there is all kinds of support in place that contribute to this

The training provide monthly 1-2-1’s in order to make sure you are doing ok and are ok track with your work and assignments

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
