Overall, how would you describe your experience at Howdens?
Howdens is an amazing company to work for, all the staff are very knowledgeable and supportive during my graduate scheme. This allows me to develop through studying the CIMA qualification whilst also focusing on long term career development.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have undertaken a wide variety of different management accounting tasks working closely with the procurement teams to provide financial analysis.

I would recommend Howdens to a friend as it is more than a job - It is a place to build a long term career. They support employees in improving their skills by offering internal courses whilst also providing the support for university graduates starting professional qualifications.

For onboarding, I would encourage new starters to ask questions, actively engage with training opportunities, and build relationships with colleagues early on.
