Planning designing and selling inspirational kitchens using the Companys range of products with the highest level of customer service
• Developing long term collaborative business relationships with customers from the building trade and their clients.
• Visit sites including peoples homes to measure and evaluate the customers needs.
• Utilising Howdens unique My Kitchen service which offers the ability to create and view high quality images.
• Correctly processing estimates pricing delivery dates and stock requirements for your customer.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Love to design kitchens and meet new people; not a day is the same. The apprentice program at Howdens is very easy to follow, and the colleagues at the depot are very supportive. Howdens is also offering face-to-face training to learn the new lead management software and further develop sales skills.

Yes, learning kitchen designs skills using software, technical knowledge and product knowledge. Developed my sales and communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organized, as I meet my mentor every 2 weeks on Zoom and submit the homework so I'm always on track with the program.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

100% support anything I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

100% support, as I mentioned before, the training company People 1st always contacted me to visit work or meetings via Zoom. To make sure I'm happy at work and understand what my role is.

Why?
I had a fantastic opportunity to study and grow my talents while getting paid. It has been my dream job to be a kitchen designer. I couldn't do it without them and going back to school isn't an option here.

Work hard and do your best since this company will recognize your work with bonuses and intensive rewards.
