Day-to-day role is client facing audit work, of which revolves around project management, technical audit work and managing a team as a senior on the job.

I enjoy the programme a lot and enjoy working in such a fun and growing company.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

So many new skills in my time working, from being able to perform technical audit work, confidence in managing a more junior team, leading client discussions and calls, and so on.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, with good opportunities for learning at all stages, with the first few weeks being dedicated to exams and training. There are monthly training sessons allowing for constant development and individuals are always happy to answer questions.
