3rd year audit associate. Senior role on some smaller jobs and semi senior on larger jobs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is okay. It can be quite boring and tedious whilst involving lots of unnecessary jumping through hoops. However, the clients and accounting can be fairly interesting.

Would you recommend S&W to a friend?
No
Why?
As above, audit involves too much unnecessary jumping through hoops for me and is usually a case of documenting things in excessive ways rather than doing substantial tasks
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to S&W?
The working environment in the audit department can be somewhat hostile which is caused by individuals holding senior positions in the office
