I am an assistant Management acccountant within my role I do month end task for a subsidary of the company along with other task within the organisation itself
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program provide alot of steps to help me acheive my goal of being qualified, There are alot of class, mock test along with other skill based work, The programme is great and valuable but can be quite stressfull as you near deadline

II have learned allot of new skills I have previouly not done / have not used in many years since completion of my degree, I have also been developing my skills of problem solving and Presentation

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programe is extremely well structured with online class, Study ladders and course books to help you complete the exam along with other resoucre avaiable. they also provide skill and behaviour focused progammes I am apart of that focus on key skills that will help me in my role and beyond whats expected of me after Completing my exams
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employeer has been great in supporting my apprenticeship working with me and my colleagues to allow me to attend exams and class throughout my course along with having my line manager checking in on my and how the appreniceship is going and attending review calls
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have not used my degree in many years before this role and its taking me some time to remember the knowledge, however through my studying I can see some of what I have learned already coming through and I am starting to understand more within meeting, reasons for choices along with how Im carrying our my work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many activities available through my work both for Hard and Soft skill, but I have not partaken in any due to wanting to focus on the exams

Why?
Its a great place to work were you feel like you are actually making a difference, and the people within the organisation are some of the hardest workers in trying to acheive our mission as well as the nices people to work with
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSPCA?
This may be over done but the simple things of Being honest, Respectful, showing you can work with other and I'd say talk about what the RSPCA and their goal means to you
