I am working in the nursery as a nursery assistant. I take care of the kids by making sure they are safe and having good time in the nursery. I serve them food; change nappy; create activities and let them learnt from activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I learnt why we have so many rules and regulation in the nursery from the programme. I also learnt loads of new knowledge related to my work, so I loved it very much.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt new skill sets by knowing how to take good care of kids and make them listen to you. I learnt all kids have different learning progress and how to raise problem if noticed they are atypical.

Yes, the company has annual AOE event that links up professional from other nursery. The company also has the Community groups.

It is a big company which developed things in a very structured way and we can also have chance to develop our professional here, like apprenticeship.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Horizons?
You do not treat this as a job but you do have to love kids so much and you would like to give them loads of love and support when they are in the nursery,
