It is ok. Sometimes I love it and other times it's stressful. The kids are great though

Yes I never worked in childcare so a lot of it even the basics of looking after a baby I have learnt a lot from the beginning

She is very helpful and answers pretty quickly. The start was slow and a bit confusing though
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to learn from the beginning and put it in practice as well as sheds light on my intuition and let's me see my abilities

They have good morals and think about the child a lot
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Horizons?
If you don't feel comfortable in a certain nursary, sometimes one in the same company is better for you
