Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis my role in the nursery includes ensuring all the children are safe and secure when in the nursery, spending quality time with them making sure they are happy and well looked after.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my apprenticeship. I find there is a perfect balance of coursework to physical work where I can easily make time to complete both.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I have learnt many new skills whilsg also developing my social skills massively by communicating with parents and children on a day to day basis
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is easy to understand, I can easily see what work I have completed and what work I have upcoming in a month or so
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is always providing me and offering me help when needed. They will often go out of their way to provide me with the help I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is excellent at providing me with help. She has regular catch up meetings with me and reminds me she will always help me when needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learn lots of valuable information through my training provider that helps me become a stronger version of myself in my job role teaching me new skills

Yes my workplace hold a variety of different social activities I can get involved in.
