Why?
It has great structure to achieve a qualification and to progress in your role. It gives good balance between work and study and the people want to support you to progress quickly.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to S&W?
To be themselves and to be approachable during their interviews. Also, if they show they are smart and eager to learn they will have a good chance of getting the job.
