I have learnt a lot of new skills , i have been a retail manager in the past and being a care manager is very different. payroll , HR, Computer skills and managing people.

To be honest and do your research about the kind of work that we do, I would also be as flexible as possible and everyday will be a challenge but the rewards come from the challenging of times.
