To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

After the initial surprise at just how much work goes into a level 5, I really enjoyed all the digital learning and writing assessments gave me plenty of time for research and broadening my knowledge of legislations and CQC requirements.
As long as you are willing to put the work in, you will get so much back to help with your career.

Managing people - not having to be a nice manager but to be a good, approachable leader is much more effective.
