Participating as a member of a highly motivated team, sharing best practices and coaching less experienced colleagues
Owning, managing, identifying and reporting the risks which exist in the business area
Taking on new clients and holding meetings with customers
Maintaining and updating client records to show any changes in their status
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as the bank provides plenty of opportunities to grow, learn and network. The programme provides enough challenge so that I am stretched and develop skills for the future.

A lot - my employer takes pride in their apprentices and seeing them excel in their career. NatWest spend a lot of time an energy investing in their apprentices and developing them with the skills needed for the future.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

- meeting with coach every 6 weeks
- can send emails / set up calls earlier if need be
- detailed feedback with coursework
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
