I have really enjoyed taking part in this programme and learning about all the things that I have and would highly recommend it

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I have learnt many new skills on my apprenticeship programme as well as developing new ones both have which has helped me to excel my personal development which is something I haven't done or thought a out previously
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured and it was easy to see on aptem where I was up to in my apprenticeship and whether I was behind or in front on tasks etc all documents were provided to me and all the information was clear
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer particularly my manager has been very supportive and allowed me to work my studies really well around my current role which has alleviated the worry and stress about doing it alongside my work. When I was behind she gave my extra time to catch up
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had regular 121 meetings with my tutor throughout my project which has allowed me to ask any questions and received guidance and support whee needed. When I was struggling with evidence she gave my multiple options to try to resolve it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me skills and knowledge to be able to fill fully my role and duties more effectively and get the most put of my team
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes however I choose to not participate in the majority of these due to trying to keep my work life balance which is something I have struggled a lot with in the past
