Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Doing physical education during the day to learn new skills and improve fitness. Then it involves teaching trainees and delivering different lesson content.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program as it is very physical and i like working with others whoever it is challenging some times as there is often a lot of things that need attention and its hard to prioritise some things over others.

I have a lot when revising for exams and i have learned weight lifting techniques.

The programme is well structured and often changes to help add more time for revision or more live teaching

there are little actvities as course takes up most of the time we have however there is still a few things that we can do. however there will be more oppertunites after course.

Would you recommend RAF to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because it is a very hard but rewarding. it is also very physical and often working with others which a lot of people enjoy. There is also a lot of other roles if these don't appeal to them.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RAF?
Trying to get some consistency before so that adjusting can be easier. Also having some training or a topic of interest that you enjoy will help meet more people and offer more opportunity.
