Very well organised, I understood what I needed to do at each stage and the apprenticeship team were there to help if I had any questions

I received a lot of support, my team leaders and peers in work were able to assist if I had any questions about my apprenticeship tasks. My line manager allowed me time in work to attend all my reviews which was good.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The personnel in the apprentice centre provided continuous support throughout my apprenticeship
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to think about the wider picture when it comes to performing my job for example the impact of safety and what other organisations work in the background to allow us to carry out our job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are sports clubs such as volleyball and also adventure training opportunities such as eagle schemes.

Why?
Continuous support throughout your apprenticeship from peers, line management and the apprenticeship team. Amazing opportunities outside of work such as adventure training.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RAF?
Volunteer for opportunities even if you're not sure you'll get selected for it. Get involved in some of the sports clubs.
