Answering the phones and checking patients in for their appointments. Ordering items for the practitioners and teams within the Community Mental Health department.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Via my apprenticeship I've got a better understanding of costs. So posting a letter to a patient isn't just the cost of the stamp, there's the paper, envelopes, ink for the printer etc. behind it. I'm improving my IT skills with different programs etc.
