Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
1.Managing and attending meetings with stakeholders
2.Responsibilities = Checking mailboxes, replying to emails and completing any outstanding actions
3.working daily on my sprint objectives for the project.
4.organizing work to do, any outstanding pieces of work and any deadlines that need to be met.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I think the program offers a good balance of work/study and gives each apprentice the chance to learn and develop from near to no experience to build up a good portfolio of work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Key skills i have learnt over my apprenticeship:
1.Time management
2.working in a fast paced environment
3.Managing stakeholders
4.Speaking to large groups of people
5.how to become adaptable

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The way the program begins is great for new starters as when you first join the program it slowly imbeds you into the work so you are not dropped into the deep end with little to no clue where to start.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The support for both work related situation and study situations is great and deftly knowing the support there helps drive success and it offers a support at every stage and every step of the way.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
For my apprenticeship course we have coaches that are our support person for anything study related and they are also on hand for when you need them at any point.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The big thing with studying and working is the fact that you can use skills to support growth in both so i believe i have performed better in my role and my study work off the back of that.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
All of the above, Natwest group offers volunteering days, the apprentices have networking and connect days to get together over fun activities, work socials or social activities.
