i am tasked with designing projects and creating solutions at the initial design phase to solve problems within the business. this involves creating reports and having regular meetings with other engineers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i do enjoy my job role but there are periods where it can become repetitive

i have learnt many new skills as i entered an industry i have never worked in before and projects are chosen for me to develop my understanding on chosen topics.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the program has been well organised and structured up until this point but my university has decided to change how they run the course meaning it has become very unorganised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive lots of support from my employer including time during work hours to complete uni work, support with my uni work and i have 1 to 1s with HR to help me in any way
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive the regular amount of support you would expect from a university and have not noticed anything extra ordinary
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my qualification is in a different topic than i signed up for and rarely helps my role, i did change one of my units to better help me and that was great but the others have a product design focus
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are some sports teams but i am unsure if those are still running, we sometimes have networking events but those are only a few times a year.

research into the water industry before and see if this is something you want to do and ensure that you can think on the spot as interview questions are meant to test you
