To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the sessions with SMART training, from peer to peer practice sessions, workshops and all the assignments in between. The support from [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] the tutor is brilliant.

yes I have learnt coaching questions to be used in daily conversations to help broaden thinking, new ways to support colleagues, as well as being able to formally coach staff

Very well organised by SMART training, clear in what we are working on and the structure of the program, learning and EPA

The employer spent time finding the best training provider for us, putting time and effort into this.
