Chef 30 hours plus at work prepping and service and every other Friday at colledge
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My at work learning was more for filling than at colledge but still enjoyed the learning from my lecturer

Yes learnt most of my chef skills from my head chef but some skills from colledge

My work was clear and my at work learning was set out and clear allowing me to reach my deadlines easily and effectively
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I was enabled to excel by the support I received from my head chef, GM, apprentice advisor and colledge tutor. I also had meeting with my tutor to discuss my progress

I think with or without my qualification I would be able to learn what I did and still be in my position Iam in now
