To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I always enjoy coming to work and the challenges I may face in that day. College has improved at first we had a lack of teachers and non permanent teachers.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills since starting my apprenticeship, including fabrication of parts to fix issues, my mechanical and electrical knowledge has also been expanded massively.

My employer is brilliant at offering support, offering extra courses/experience if required and always allows some time to cover areas that I may struggle with.

They do help quite a bit, Everything done at college definitely refines my skills for my day to day working.
