Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
A healthy mix of classroom based lessons, developing the theory aspect of the course, mixed with practical lessons where we continue to learn in different environments and usually a type of physical exercise, e.g. a circuit, run, swim or any variation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the programme a lot, there are some difficulties I have faced but I am trying to see them in a positive light. I believe it is good to have a lot of room for improvement and gives me areas for growth on the course which gives the course purpose.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt a lot on the course already. I've learnt a lot in the classroom and I haven't had many opportunities where it has been necessary on course, but for general health and understanding it has been very beneficial, what I have learnt also gives me more confidence as an instructor that I could assist if someone did come to me looking for help. Teaching skills have also begun to improve and I have had lots of feedback that I am trying to take on board throughout the course. Practical skills too have developed and I have been exposed to a new view on training.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme seems well organised, I feel I understand what I must do at all times and I feel the variation of what I am doing is well balanced.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support, there are regular check ups and a lot of time is put into helping us individually, effort is clearly put in that is not a necessity but helps us all improve.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a lot of support in this area, any questions I have are heard and answered.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I believe it is very beneficial and gives me the required skills I need to perform on this course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We cant do sport whilst on the course however the people on the course ensure we train together and work together.
