There are certain parts of management i have little experience in, so i'm enjoying learning about the things i haven't has experience in yet.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My tutor is very organised and explains the layout of the course well. Without her i think the layout of the system would be difficult to understand
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We're currently down a member of staff within the team, so our workload has increased. therefor finding time to study has been difficult. My manager is aware of this and supportive and appreciates the challenges

Quite early into my studies currently so its hard to say. There are some certain things that have helped with the TWOS analysis tool for project management
