Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Outbound calling customers and completing financial health checks to support our customers and help them save money. Act as a first point of contact for any issues the customer may have
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy my programme as no two days are the same

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt new skills for using the correct processes and applications I didn't use before. I have developed networking skills to build relationships with colleagues

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is well organised you receive a learning plan with lecture dates and assignment due dates on when you start and receive email reminders the day before. Sometimes there are tech issues but usually gets sorted very quickly
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Receive lots of support from manager ensuring I am balancing work and study well and checking in to see if I need any help. Also receive support from the apprenticeship team who organise extra training for apprentices and match you with a buddy for extra support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Receive an okay amount of support from training provider, could be more as I feel there isn't much coaching on how to write the assignments which can be difficult if you haven't written something like that before
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
When working up your portfolio I feel like this helps you perform better in your role as you can use feedback as evidence so by asking colleagues for feedback you can use this to better yourself within role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
For apprentices there are networking events available that get organised by the apprenticeship council and at christmas you have team social activities too
