Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The role includes on learning whilst experiencing what it is like to work with children. This also means meeting children that may have SEN needs. Furthermore you do things like making sure the child is always in a clean nappy. We also create our own activities making sure that every child gets the chance to explore more then 1 activity.

I’ve learnt how to be more patient, to encourage children a lot more, building relationships with not only the children but the parents aswell.
